My sister had a previous Ultimate guitar stand, which she liked a lot. She recently just got a new guitar and needed a new stand. She first bought the $10 guitar stand on Amazon (which had a lot of reviews...) and well story short that stand felt pretty flimsy. So I decided that since she liked the ultimate guitar stand, I'd try this one out. This stand is definitely well built and doesn't feel like it'll just fall apart like that $10 stand. It is a bit pricey, but the quality you get is worth the price. If I ever get another guitar, I'll probably head straight for another ultimate guitar stand.
