This capo is for classical guitars. It worked OK, but after a few months (with a lot of use!) the rubber piece that touches the strings started leaving a black residue on the strings and the fretboard (that fortunately I could remove). It takes a lot of time also to screw and unscrew the bolt that tightens it, which became annoying quickly (I'm biased though because my other guitar is a steel string guitar and I use the typical Kyser capo with a spring action that is great and takes no time to put in place).
I think this is probably a decent purchase if you won't use it often and you have a cheap guitar, but for anything more serious I'd recommend something more premium.
