These are cool vintage tuners. I have these on 3 mexican strats. If you're putting these on a new neck or vintage neck or a neck with small holes for the tuners the bushings included will work. If on a modern neck ... for example mexican strat you need to order bushings from Stew Mac. I buy 10mm and10.5 and use the one that fit the best. It will save you time just to order both. The holes are drilled so different you don't really know which to buy. On two of the strats the 10mm were a little loose so i used a file to enlarge them and the 10.5mm were perfect. To align the tuners straight when screwing them to the neck, just butt a straightedge to the back edge on tuners and mark them with a sharpie, predrill and thats it.
