I've been playing music since 1974. When I asked a more experienced musician from Nashville what kind of strings he used, he told me GHS White Bronze light. I've tried other strings, and they don't hold up, keep there tune, and sound quality like these. My husband tries to convince me to use the type he uses, and has on occasion slipped his type onto my guitar. Once you get used to perfection, you can't go back. He like the color of the phophorus bronze, but I'm not into color as much as sound. I could go on and on why I choose these strings, but you'd have to use them yourself to know what I've known for alot of years.
