Acoustimax is packed with features including three band, recording-console quality eq with a sweepable mid -range band, low frequency notch filter, phase reversal, ground lift, line level out, dedicated tuner out and TRS effects loop, even a pre/post switchable-balanced DI output with pad. This a great preamp for an acoustic guitar. It is probably the most feature-laden Direct Box you'll find. It has both a 1/4 inch and a XLR output. It has plenty of adjustments for tone controls. The mute switch is also great for when I'm not playing my acoustic at a show. That way I don't have to rely on the sound man to mute it. A very versatile preamp indeed.
