I bought the starter kit with an assortment of picks. Overall I like the picks, in particular the grip and feel of the picks. I ended up liking the Large Ultra Lite pick the best and purchased a Ruby Red pick for $4.99. I play acoustic guitar with medium strings and a light attack, so I was very disappointed when the pick split in half after just two weeks of moderate use. When you pay that much for a pick your expectation is that the pick will last a long long time or it is impossible to justify the cost! I did contact V-Picks and they were very nice and replaced the pick free of charge.
