This slide has a truly awesome tone to it, the sweetest I have yet to play. It does feel quite bulky at first as it is made from very thick, dense ceramic, but if you have good technique you'll get used to it fast. I normally wear my slide on the pinky finger, but this one due to its girth and weight feels and seems to play much better when worn on the ring finger. The star pattern used on the inside adds grip without being hot (a worry I had initially given the size.) While quality glass will likely always be my preferred material, this slide is seeing much more use than any other ceramic or metal slide in my collection. I would definitely recommend this product to others looking for an awesome sounding slide, and I will most certainly be giving the other slides offered by Clayton a closer look.
