I'm a DiMarzio Cliplok guy at heart, but when my new bass came from the factory with stripped screws in the strap pins, my options were either to drill them out or try a different strap. I took the chance on this guy and despite the ends being plastic, it feels very secure and rugged. The locking mechanism is great - I'm not sure how it would hold up to gigging, but as a bedroom shredder this is exactly what I was looking for. It stays put, the strap is very comfortable, and plenty adjustable for me at 5'11.I'd buy another one.
