It doesn't get any better than Switchcraft. The output jack does exactly what it's supposed to do - it holds the cable plug - taaah daaah!

This is more in reply to the previous poster who received his purchase without all the hardware. For me, this item arrived in a "for display" bubble pack complete with spacer, lock washer and nut.

I have been shopping on-line with Amazon since 1996. I too have received incomplete items, defective items and items that just stopped working after a few weeks. I have never had a claim not settled in my favor. The most I ever had to pay was return shipping - no big deal. If you act within the Return time frame Amazon will issue you a return authorization which costs you nothing, then credit your account for the full amount - and send you an EMail apologizing for your inconvience!

My items were sent by Musicans Friend another excellent on-line retailer. If you have a complaint - make it known. They can't fix it if you keep it a secret. It's a Customer Service Department, not a Clairvoyant Department.
