I've been using D'addario strings on both my 6 & 12 string guitars for more than 25 years. The EXP-38 coated Phosphor Bronze is the best I've ever used on my phinnicky Yamaha F-460S 12 string (with an L.R.Baggs ribbon transducer system for acoustic-electric live performance). They last longer than any string that I have ever used in live performance and home use as well. I've tried other leading brands but have not had the full tone response as I have experienced with these D'Addario strings. I also use them on my Ovation Legend 12 string shallow bowl acoustic electric.
