When I ordered this, I expected the padding to be in those little oblong shapes, as shown in the picture. Instead, the padded side is covered in several padded squares. That's really not a big deal, I don't know if it makes a big difference in comfort or not.Also, I do wish this had velcro instead, as putting it on the strap was a little bit difficult, mostly because I had to pull it over the plastic strap length adjuster thing.
Don't get me wrong, aside from that, it's a great product. Now the strap doesn't dig into my shoulder and I can play for a longer amount of time while standing.
