This thing is so amazing! I'm a guitar and mountain dulcimer player and I've always thought I couldn't play my dulcimer with other instruments or for performances because it's not loud enough and mine's not electric. I've thought from time to time of buying an electric one, but never have because of the cost. I came across this little beauty and was blown away at how easily and beautifully it transformed my old instrument into a real performer! I literally just stuck it on under the strings, plugged in and was ready to go. The sound was amazingly clean and full. I played it at church by plugging it into my Danelectro Honeytone mini amp, and then using the church's mic to amp that. I couldn't believe how good it sounded with such a bare-bones setup. My only regret is that I'm only discovering this now, instead of 15 years ago!
